We believe that pet adoption can go directly from owner to owner. Animal shelters or pet rescues are often full and cannot take in more pets. Direct pet adoption means that the pet will receive more individual attention instead of living in the shelter. Many people want to adopt pets, but often find pet stores or animal shelters to be expensive or too far away. It is easy to find pet owners or pet adopters nearby through this app. However, animal shelters and rescues can still advertise their pets on this app.
I was looking for a dog to adopt, but it was expensive to get one from the store. I found someone putting up their dog on the Pet Adopter app.
